חοt mе bυt a friend today noticed someone mаԁе a transaction online using tһеіr card аחԁ stole a significant amount οf money. wһаt саח tһеу ԁο? please аחѕwеr ASAP

call the credit card company and bank
They can report it to their bank / credit card provider / card insurance provider who may be able to recover the money. You can also report it to the police.
You should cancel the card and get issued with a new one straight away.
For starters contact your bank asap. Also as long as you have the visa logo on your card … your protected from fraud…but you must report any fraud in a timely matter.

if it’s a credit card, tell the credit card company asap. if it was a bank card, tell the bank asap. they should also be able to tell your friend who else they can/should contact. also advise your friend to cancel the card (the bank/credit card company should advise this) so if any other transactions are attempted, they won’t be accepted and may help them be traced.
